Automated card provisioning for Groups

Admins can now decide how business cards are provisioned for each Group with Card Provisioning, a new automation. New members no longer need a business card built and sent by hand, whether they were added by an admin or synced from Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. Available to teams on a Business or Enterprise plan.

Choose how each Group provisions cards

• Automatic: every new member gets a business card from the Group's template, and it can be emailed to them as soon as it is ready. No admin action needed.
• Review before issuing: new members are held on the Group's Members tab so an admin can check them first, then issue their cards in one click.

Paired with directory sync, Automatic means a new hire added in Entra ID or Google Workspace gets a business card on the next sync, with no one in the workspace involved. Every automatic card is recorded as a batch on the Group, so admins can see exactly what went out.

Tasks

A new Tasks count on the admin dashboard shows what needs attention across the workspace: new members waiting for a card, a mapping that no longer matches its template, a failed batch, or a directory connection to reconnect. Each task links straight to the fix, and the Groups list shows which Groups have open items.
