Overview

Microsoft Entra ID is Microsoft’s cloud-based identity and access management service (formerly Microsoft Azure Active Directory).

This integration connects your company directory directly to Social Card, making it easy to manage user import, keep cardholder info up to date, and enable large-scale rollouts with minimal manual effort or content duplication.

How It Works‍

Admins, in collaboration with your IT team, approve a secure connection between your Microsoft Entra ID directory and your Social Card workspace.

Once connected, you can:

• Preview directory groups and users
• Select who to import into your workspace

Social Card fetches key contact details—like name, email, and title—based on your workspace’s sync settings. We then either create a new recipient profile or update an existing one.

From there, your admins can:

• Automatically generate business cards for synced users
• Maintain up-to-date contact information through ongoing read-only syncs

The integration is read-only—ensuring your directory data stays secure and unmodified.
